Aurora is a limited edition celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Stokerij De Molenberg.

The early bird catches the worm, and the producers of Sauternes wines are well aware of that. By harvesting their grapes in the fall, the morning dew ensures extra sweet grapes.

This whisky first matured in Bourbon and Anchor casks, followed by an 18-month finish in Sauternes casks. These impart full-bodied notes of honey and apple during the maturation. Aurora, our anniversary edition with a full, dry finish, pairs perfectly with a sweet dessert.
