Description
Pure Taste is a limited edition of Gouden Carolus.
The three whiskeys in this “Wood Series” were distilled from the same malt mash, but each underwent maturation in barrels of different types of wood.
This results in three different flavour expressions with their own character:
- from full-bodied and sweet with the acacia barrels,
- to sharp and spicy with the chestnut barrels,
- to exceptionally floral with the cherry barrels.
With Pure Taste we present a unique series that focuses on the importance and influence of the choice of barrels.
